Mindfulness - Walking In The Nature

En kaipaa puutarhan ympäröimää omakotitaloa, vaan asun mieluiten kerrostalossa kaupungin keskustassa. Parveke on tietty kiva pikkulisä ja siellä saa toteuttaa omia puutarhallisia visioitaan.

No, asiaan - tarkoitus oli kirjoittaa luonnon merkityksestä mielelle.

There's a Finnish saying which goes something like this 'you don't always need to go further away for fishing', but sometimes it is nice to go a bit further outside - like I just did. I'm more a city than  a countryside person. I'm not longing a house with a garden. I rather live in a block of flats in a city centre. Of course, a balcony or terrace would be a nice extra.

Well, back to the point - I was suppose to write about nature's impact to mind. It is huge. Once in a workshop or similar like of event, we were asked to find out and describe our landscape of the mind. Mine was quite a mess. There was no mentiones of  typical Finnish woods nor lakes, but sea came out in every corner.

I had a chance to go for a little hiking tour with lovely company to explore the beauty of the Spanish nature. Both my hiking companions, Tiina & Sirpa, are so active and live such a healthy way - they know everything about wellbeing.
We left from Fuengirola towards Mijas by car, and continued by foot up to the mountains along narrow, rock paths. i was pretty exhausted and sweating a lot. The views were unbelievably gorgeous.  Had to have breaks to sip some water and enjoy the sceeneries & the beauty of nature. This is definitely the best mindfulness and a way to get piece of mind.

Perfect place for hiking, isn't it?
